obsession du jour: Disney Couture Jewelry

i came across this line of jewelry yesterday while browsing karmaloop.com and i instantly fell in love. each piece incorporates a theme from a disney movie into a grown-up piece of jewelry. i especially love the "think of a wonderful thought" ring and the "a dream is a wish your heart makes" trio of rings. i'll find a way to get my hands on one of these...or maybe more!

i hope everyone had a good weekend. i spent the majority of it being lazy with my boyfriend and studying for 2 exams this week. oh and reading three of the twilight series books in about four days! i was opposed to the frenzy before, but once i started i seriously got addicted! for all you haters (mle)...just read the books, you won't regret it!

back to the grind after a very eventful weekend. valentine's day was spent seeing Coraline in 3D, which was amazing, but definitely not a children's movie (i'll admit i was creeped out by a lot of things), wasting time in Walmart and TJMaxx, and going out to dinner for sushi and then a brownie sundae after. gotta love cheesy holidays to appreciate the one you love.
yesterday was a lazy day to catch up on work. and... i cut myself bangs! i'd been thinking about it for awhile and finally decided to bite the bullet and do it. i love it and so far all of my friends have complimented it too...but everyone thinks i look like a different person. they'll take some getting used to.

happy valentine's day! even though it is a holiday disliked by many, the idea of celebrating love is a nice one in my opinion. so grab the one you love, your best friends, or a new crush and tell them how much they mean to you! i'll be spending the day with my boyfriend seeing Coraline in 3D, going to walmart (i could spend hours there) and doing some shopping, and then going out to a sushi dinner. have a lovely day!
